Went in there just looking around, and guy at the counter was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about bikes and racing too. When I had a problem with my charging system, I took my bike in to them and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and at a fair price. I will be back for sure when I need something else. more

Knowledgeable and courteous, this shop took care of my ZX14 as well as I do. Had a bunch of stuff done, like an extension, tuneup, new clutch, and chrome wheels (which they had in stock and no other place did) and it looks awesome! They were quick and priced right, no wonder they have weathered the economic storm so well. This is definitely the place to go if you have a crotch rocket, and my new favorite place to go. I took my GSXR in there to get lowered, stretched +6, powder coated, and dyno tuned, and they did a great job. I can highly recommend them for any service work or parts you might need for your bike. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2009 KAWASAKI ZX14 AND TOOK IT TO CHICAGO PERFORMANCE TO HAVE THE BIKE LOWERED TO FIT MY HEIGHT.ON THE PHONE THEY TOLD ME ROUGHLY $70 TO INSTALL LOWERING LINKS,A BASICALLY EASY FIX WITH TOOLS AND A JACK.WHEN I BROUGHT MY BIKE IN THE TALL SKINNY HUSTLER THEN TELLS ME HE HAS TO CHARGE ME $100 FOR THE SAME BIKE I SPOKE TO HIM ON PHONE ABOUT.GAVE SOME LAME EXCUSE ABOUT HE HAD TO REMOVE MY WHOLE EXHAUST AND BLAH BLAH,HE WAS LYING I FOUND OUT LATER.WHATEVER.I JUST WANTED MY BIKE DONE ASAP.I ASKED HIM TO LET ME SEE THE BIKE PRIOR TO INSTALLING MY LINKS TO BE SURE OF THE HEIGHT AND IT WAS SUITABLE. HE INSTALLED THEM AT A SETTING THAT WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR A MIDGET,NEVER CALLED ME,JUST DID IT.THE BACK TIRES BARELY CLEARED THE REAR OF FRAME,GOD FORBID MY LADY WANTS TO RIDE.HE BROUGHT MY BIKE OUT AND IMMEDIATELY I WAS PISSED.HE PARKED MY BIKE W THE KICKSTAND IN A HOLE TO MAKE THE BIKE LEAN AS IT SHOULD BE PARKED.ONCE THE BIKE GOT ON A LEVEL SURFACE IT STOOD STRAIGHT UP.I CALLED THEM AND HE TOLD ME TOUGH LUCK, BASICALLY.HE TELLS ME HE NEEDS ANOTHER $100 TO RAISE IT 1 HOLE,EVEN THOUGH HE ADMITTED FAULT.HE TOOK MY PLATE BRACKETS OFF WITHOUT PERMISSION AND HAD ME ADVERTISING MY BIKE AS IF I BOUGHT IT FROM HIM (CHICAGO PERFORMANCE).HE EVEN REPLACED MY BANZAI MOTORSPORTS (ORIGINAL SELLERS)WITH HIS KEY CHAIN WO PERMISSION.HE WOULD NOT COMPROMISE AT ALL.HE TOLD ME IT WOULD BE THE SAME LABOR.I TOOK MY BIKE TO FAST TRACKS AND THEY DID IT FOR $30 WITHOUT TOUCHING MY EXHAUST.HE (C.PERF.) SAID IT TAKES 1 OR 2 HOURS.FAST TRACKS FINISHED MY BIKE BEFORE I FINISHED MY BURGER,I SWEAR.F. TRACKS SAYS ITS ONLY A 30 MIN JOB WO TOUCHING EXHAUST.AS A RESULT MY BIKE FELL OVER SAME DAY,STILL NO COMPROMISE PERIOD!!!!!THEN EVEN EXPLAINS TO ME HIS ONLY JOB IS TO INSTALL.HE DOESNT GIVE ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS ON PARTS NOT PURCHASED FROM HIM.CUSTOMERSERVICE,PRICES,PRODUCTS,ALL SUCK!!!THEY WON'T LAST.PAY YOU??YOU SHOULD PAY ME FOR ADVERTISING YOUR BUM SHOP U *****.DUDE BETTER BE LUCKY IM ON PAROLE.STRAIGHT LIARS WITH NO VALUE FOR THEY CUSTOMERS AND THEIR BIKES.DONT LET HIM SELL YOU EBAY ITEMS AT RIDICLOUS PRICES EITHER.SCAM ARTISTS. I would never go to them again, Sold me USED PARTS saying that the parts were NEW! They are liars and not go there or trust anything they say. They will not return your money on anything. Stay away from this place - FAR AWAY. Pros: The only PRO is that I will never go there to waste my time and money again. Cons: The are liars and can not be trusted. more

Take it from me and other truthful reviews. Ordered a pair of boots, which did not arrive for over two weeks. At least they arrived. I will give them that. Cons: unethical, shady ebay practices, worst customer service I have ever experienced more

These guys hooked up my Hayabusa with custom paint, chrome everywhere, and a 300 kit. They did an awesome job and looks great no complaints. Had a very unpleasant experience with these folks. They claim ""best prices"" which aren't bad, but with a little searching can be met or bettered, shipping time was decent, but was almost 3 times the actual cost with the items poorly packed and luckily through no fault of theirs there was no damage. When I questioned them about the shipping overcharge they proceeded to tell me how fortunate I was to have saved so much money off the retail prices (who cares about retail prices - this is the ""NET"") and so what that I paid almost 3 times the actual shipping rate. It would seem to me that they're only interested in the bottom line with little regard to customer service or customer satisfaction. They offer decent prices, but make their profit off of overcharged shipping and a 25% restocking fee. Before buying from them do a little searching, you can do better with someone that actually deserves your business. Cons: Abusive and arrogant customer service more
