Well where to start. The service was great. The employees were polite. The fact that my account was charged $730 twice....not so cool. Now comes the runaround. Since my account was overcharged and Stanley Steemer is not refunding our money until a week from now our other bills are bouncing and they continue to give my wife and I the runaround. Too bad. That's another customer lost...and money that I'm out on. I wish they would have simply responded, but I guess that's too easy. This should be fraud as I only authorized on $730 payment....not two.
