Went here with my girlfriend and parents to celebrate my birthday - because, hey, I'm not buying. Certainly an experience I won't forgot. Started off on a bad foot when they say us in different areas of the restaurant telling us both that ""the rest of the party hasn't arrived"". Took us 20 minutes to figure out that they had indeed arrived - our first waitress laughed and said ""It happens all the time""... really!? In a high-class restaurant you can't get get the parties together when they make reservations under a not-so-common last name... wow! It was very busy for a Tuesday evening, but we got our food fairly quick and it was delicious - I tried a little of everyone's just to make sure :) After we were done with dinner and dessert, we waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to return with the bill. She was either that spacey or that busy... either way, the restaurant manager is responsible. That said, great food, but there are so many other great steak places in Minnesota that I will visit before coming back here. The next day I find out via Facebook that many of my other friends thought the service was horrible, too. So my assessment is that they jack up the prices to attract the pretentious eaters who won't eat anything under $50 a plate, but could really give a darn about the service. Sad, so much potential...
