I like that Tom answered my questions and was thorough. I like that the price was reasonable and the move happened seamlessly. What I did NOT like was that one of the movers was hitting on me and asked me for my phone number, whether or not I lived alone, where my boyfriend was and why he wasn't helping, and how much I pay for rent in my new place and my old place. What I did NOT like was that the other mover shook me down for all the cash I had in my wallet rather than wait for me to offer a tip. Both of those things were unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I would like to say that I would use this service again and even recommend them because the move itself went so well but I felt very vulnerable and deceived by the movers themselves and I didn't appreciate it one bit.
