Dan,
I just had to write and tell you how thrilled I was with how my move went on Saturday 08/01/09.
David, Marco, and Jose showed up at 8:30am on the nose and started to work right away. They were quick, efficient, and helpful, and treated all my posessions with the utmost care.
And just as you promised, everything was included in the upfront price quote, with only the supplies used during the move being extra (and minimal at that!). As a newly divorced mom, I was very nervous about how I would handle this on my own and what a nightmare I would be in for ...damage to my items, fighting against hidden charges, dilly-dallying on the job, etc. But none of this occurred, and the move went off without a hitch.
I tell you right now, I will never move myself again. The stress-free nature of this experience was worth every, inexpensive penny! You can bet you'll be the ones I call if I ever move again, and the first ones I'll refer to friends and family in need of movers.
Thank you so much for making this very difficult time in my life a little less stressful.
