APOLOGIZE FOR THE CAPS BUT WOW THESE GUYS ARE THE DEFINITION OF CON ARTISTS!! I CRASHED ON THE WEST SIDE HIGHWAY SOON ENOUGH AUTORAMA SHOWS UP PROMISING QUALITY SERVICE, INSTEAD THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE FROM THE BEGINNING. INCOMPLETE REPAIR, THEY DIDN'T INSTALL HALF OF THE THINGS THE INSURANCE PAID FOR INSTEAD THEY JUST QUICK FIXED IT. THEY EVEN ADDED DAMAGE THAT WAS NOT THERE WHEN I CRASHED JUST TO MILK EVERY DOLLAR. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE THAT MIGHT COME ACROSS ANYTHING THAT SAYS AUTORAMA YOUR BETTER OFF STRANDED ON THE ROAD THEN WITH THESE PEOPLE, NEGAVITE STAR AND I HOPE KARMA CATCHES UP TO THIS CROOKED BUSINESS
