First off, I wouldn't even give this place one star. Unfortunately I had to in order to rate this place. On my way to Albany from the City, my transmission blew. I waited over 2 1/2 hours on the Major Deegan on Friday afternoon for someone at this dump to tow my car. Apparently the first tow truck from here said they couldn't see me. I'm not sure how that is possible since I was stuck in the left lane. My car was towed and I was told that I would hear from someone first thing Monday morning. Around noon on Monday I still had not heard anything. I called at 12:30 and spoke to Tommy who told me to give him some time to look things over and he'd call me back later that day. He never called back! I called the next day, Tuesday, at noon after still not hearing back from them and Tommy conveniently was not there. The receptionist told me that I'd have to call back later to see if someone else could help me. For someone who relies on their car to bring them to and from work, this is a huge inconvenience. I called AAA and had them remove my car from this place and tow it to a real shop. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this place. My experience with them was one giant headache!
