Review content:
Took my dog in because I thought she might have a urinary tract infection. Vet was OK, ordered urinalysis as expected ($200+ when it should have been around $100). The vet tech was also supposed to ""clip"" the fur around the dogs back end. In reality they shaved the dogs back end so now the dog has a urinary tract infection and razor burn. Three days go buy, dog is scooting all over from being shaved and situation has gotten dramatically worse. Since I haven't heard anything I call, vet that originally saw her is out of town. Left a message, call not returned. Day 5, call back again, they ask me to schedule another appointment and come in (another $100+) when the original Dr said there would be no need to come in again. Day 6 finally get antibiotics, but by now dog is a complete smelly, swollen mess with razor burn. I do not understand why it took 6 days nearly $400(including prescription) to get treatment for a urinary tract infection when it was highly suspected on first visit on day 1.
Pros: Close
Cons: Expensive and not responsive
