Review content:
We took our two cats in for a check up and to arrange a spay for our female cat. The vet was brisque to the point of rudeness. The front desk staff was bitchy and cold. The facilites were clean (mostly) and they saw that both cats are purebreds and usually expensive and their rates went up accordingly. They quoted me $120 - 150 for a spaying surgery on the phone. In person, the whole bill would have been closer $350. They charged more for a CBC on a cat than my internist charges for one on me! They told me that anesthesia was an additonal charge (but you could not have this surgery without it!) The whole place is a corporate owned money pump. If there is any genuine caring or compassion for the animals in their care - I sure as hell didn't see it! If this is how they appear publicly - God only knows what's going on behind the scenes.
Pros: ONLY the location and parking. NOTHING ELSE!
Cons: The lousy service, Rude staff. Unhelpful. Money grubbing. Care less about the animals.
