I used to be happy with the service. However I am very very very unhappy with the service I got on Feb 6, 2012 from 400 Galleria to Atlanta airport.
The shuttle was supposed to be here on 11:50am but it was late for 10 min. This is minor. What bothered me is that the shuttle was circled in the same area to pick up other customer and to exchange the driver without communicating with me in advance (they just did it!). I didn't arrive the airport until 1.30pm. It means A & M shuttle takes one and half hour from 400 Galleria to the airport while it shouldn't take more than 40 min during that time!!!
I was busy on the phone to communicate for my flight schedule and thus I only complained to the driver and then busy to catch the flight and wrote a complaint e-mail to the company (hopefully I will get the reply).
In a word, I have to say: A & M used to be on time (my experience 6 months ago). Now they are inflexible and bad at managing its schedule. I am upset for its irresponsibility for this type of delay and overall performance.
