Review content:
Beware! The grooming department at Willow creek are amateurs. If you are expecting a professional cut that matches your breed, this is not your place. On our first visit, the woman was distracted during our check-in, did not listen and did NOT disclose (even after she was asked) the full extent of how they planned to groom the dog. Here's an example: When she informed me she would give my dog the typical ""westie"" cut and I asked her to describe what that meant in her mind. She described the close shaven back, the skirt on the bottom and the full head. It sounded like she understood. I picked up my dog and could not believe the poor results. She had shaved my dog's back all the way from the tail to the TOP of her head. Apparently, she is not aware that a dog's back ends where the neck and shoulders begin. Who knew something so simple could go so wrong!
