Review content:
I saw the basic carpet was great! However, the guy didn't go behind the doors in some rooms, and didn't go to the edges of the room or corners of hallways. I had to go back with my upright Hoover carpet cleaner and finish up with the darkened areas. What is interesting is I asked him to spot/clean the ares where the closet doors left a track.. He made an excuse that it was air gaps.. but they clean up in the rooms where he chose to open the closet doors. All in all, he cleaned down the middle and traffic areas. He did do a good job on the stair edges.
