Highly recommended. Eric came to my home, and he is very open and willing to work with you. I like that they come out and tell you the price right away so there aren't any surprises. Eric is a very nice person to deal with, so I was impressed, and of course I will continue to use Haines & Cross.
I can really see the quality of their work when they come. It's really good and thorough. They really do take care of you and know what they are doing. You might not think it, but there is a lot involved in their work, and they put you in really professional hands.
The people who came for the cleaning were wonderful. One person on the team was a long-time employee, so I felt really well taken care of. I just thought, "Wowee!" This carpet looks brand new. I'm so pleased, so it's time to save my money and keep going back to Haines & Cross.
They did some upholstery work too. In the past, when I unzipped and looked inside my furniture I could see water marks after a cleaning but not with these guys. Eric said, if it's done well, you shouldn't see those marks, and boy, these these things look beautiful and their colors are vibrant again. I am just so pleased with them. It felt like I had a brand new home.
