Inside of apartments have about 10 coats of paint....maintenance staff has painted over hair, insects, they even paint the bath tub and leave drops of it all over the bathroom and kitchen floors that you just have to get up yourself if it bothers you too much.
Housing is so scarce in the area that they don't care about bad reviews, there is a waiting list to get in this place.
Paying for gated community, but no working front gate, fence torn down to el chico parking lot.
office staff friendly until you point out apartment deficiencies, they promise the world until you sign the dotted line and then they disappear. they smile and nod and promise to get someone ""right out"".
they asked me what needed to be fixed, i gave them the list, they sent me a reply that said we will fix the toilet and just mark down that the rest is broken so you are not responsible for it when you move.
kitchen drawers all off track, track is completely missing, bath tub was finished with a fly by night coating that has deteriorated and chipped, so we have a tub full of white specks after baths.
all of this could be easily fixed, but they are not interested.
i asked to have the light in the dark parking area replaced and the light above the pool changed out and i got a reply that they hired a courtesy officer instead. so the officer and i get to fight the bad guys in the dark i guess?!?!? WITW?
