This is a classy, upscale salon on MacArthur Blvd in San Leandro close to the Oakland border and next to 580. I was very surprised to find it. My long, thick, wavy hair was trimmed by Rosa. Before seeing her, my previous hair stylist really messed my hair up with some layers that were wrong for my type of hair. Well, Rosa fixed my cut perfectly and got my hair back to looking even again and beautiful! She also recommended some fantastic hair products and my hair looks gorgeous. Also, I only paid $30 for the cut as I was a first time customer and got $5 off. I only have to get my hair cut every 3 months because I do not color it and I am trying to grow it even longer. When the time comes for my next cut, I will run, not walk, to have Rosa do my hair again. She is truly understanding of what I want and she is a warm and sincere person. I really like her and I am very happy with my experience at Level 5!
