Review content:
I have a cat that needs a certain type of food and I buy in bulk. I was on their re-order list. Many times the order would be late or not ordered which was not only annoying but could cause harm to my cat's health.
I spent $100 a month just on cat food and then one day they told me that their distributor no longer carried the food. I asked why they had not called me but instead had told me it was on the day's truck and the owner told me he forgot and he guessed he could try to find another distributor.
I told him I was very unhappy and that after being a loyal customer for a year I expected at least a call. He told me he hoped I found a beeter store.
Guess what I did - Pet Mania miraculously ca find my cat's food and now they get my business. And now that they sell puppies I am even happier not to give my money to them
Pros: Nice Selection of brands
Cons: Poor Customer Service, Selling Puppies
