Zero stars for this one! Let me set the scene - New Year's Eve...made early reservations so we could avoid the rush - dinner took 2.5 hours. HORRIBLE SERVICE - even the ""manager"" was a JOKE. Watched 5 tables get up and leave b/c it took over 20 minutes before anyone would even take their drink order. NEVER would I refer anyone to this place - it looks like a nice place from their website and even when you walk in it looks great - but as the old saying goes...never judge a book by it's cover. I'm not sure how this place has stayed open with the type of service we received. A simple apology would have gone a long way, however don't expect anyone there...not even the ""manager"" would apologize for their horrible service. This is by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had! Happy New Year!!
