I've been going here for 2 and a half years for hair removal on my face. I have yet to see ANY results. Every time I go and voice my frustrations, I hear another story about what they're going to do different next time. New lasers, different lasers, double passing. It's impossible to get hold of anyone. They don't answer their phones and no one returns your calls. Every time I go, every 8 weeks, it's a new girl doing the treatments. Makes me nervous, but I've already given them A LOT of money. After looking around on the web about this place, I realize I made a mistake in coming here. Two and half years ago, after doing my research, I didn't see any complaints about the problems I'm having. Now I see it's more than just me. And when I say to them, each treatment visit, that I've had NO hair loss, they seem surprised and say that never happens.
