I have been going to Scotty's Auto Body, located in Des Moines, IA since the age of 17 (when I had my first accident, I'm now 34). I have been involved with this body shop on four different occasions. The thing that sticks with me most was the service and how Scotty?s team took over the process and made the load lighter. Of course no person expects to get into an accident, however when it occurs you want things to get back to normal ASAP, without barely skipping a beat. I must say I wasn?t happy when my accidents occurred, however I found peace in knowing that Scotty?s Auto Body would be the shop handling the claim. I guess the best way to sum it up is Scotty?s Auto body made an inconvenient situation convenient and very comfortable. I?ve had great experiences with Scotty?s every time and I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends.
