We needed an auto body shop a couple of years ago and the customer svc was outstanding! Since we were in need of this svc again, there was no question to where we would take our vehicle. Scotty's Body Shop does an outstanding job and the customer service can't be beat! I would recommend them without a second thought. more

I recently got in a car accident and got recommended to go to Scotty's Body Shop for the repairs. My car needed work on the front bumper. This is my fist time dealing with body shops and an insurance claim. I went there after getting an estimate with the insurance company and they took my car right in. They helped with any questions I had and even handled getting a rental car for me. They fixed my car within two days! They are wonderful people and are very nice. They even clean your car inside and out! I would recommend this body shop to who ever needs any body work or even give them a call if you have any questions. Thanks again Curtis and the team. Extremely satisfied with the work. I had body work done on my black Nissan Pathfinder that had terrible damage from salt and ""muck"" from the parking garage I park at. They did an awesome job getting all of the spots off my Nissan and cleaned up my windows also!! Really appreciated the friendly staff, great location and a fantastic job! Scotty's is by far the best body shop I have ever come across! Not only does my car look brand new again, but they made it a painless process. I filed an insurance claim and Scotty's Body Shop handled it for me the whole way through. They took the necessary pictures and sent them to my insurance agent, along with a very reasonable estimate. They were able to provide me with a rental and I didn't miss my car because it was fixed in no time. Scotty's even cleaned it inside and out when the repair was finished! After having damage to your car, the last thing you need is a lot of hoops to jump through getting it repaired. The guys at Scott'ys helped me from beginning to end. From the workers inside to the workers in the shop. Everyone was professional and very egar to please. When I picked up my car, you could not tell that it had ever had an issue. I have been going to Scotty's Auto Body, located in Des Moines, IA since the age of 17 (when I had my first accident, I'm now 34). I have been involved with this body shop on four different occasions. The thing that sticks with me most was the service and how Scotty?s team took over the process and made the load lighter. Of course no person expects to get into an accident, however when it occurs you want things to get back to normal ASAP, without barely skipping a beat. I must say I wasn?t happy when my accidents occurred, however I found peace in knowing that Scotty?s Auto Body would be the shop handling the claim. I guess the best way to sum it up is Scotty?s Auto body made an inconvenient situation convenient and very comfortable. I?ve had great experiences with Scotty?s every time and I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. more
