I haven't been in Chicago for a long while but one place I miss is Chowpatti, a family owned restaurant where you might meet the friendly owner. The atmosphere is clean and peaceful, and the food is delicious. Their fries are the best I've ever had, they are not usual looking fries. They have curries to veggie burgers, and some of the best natural juices I've ever had. You leave feeling healthy and like you did something great for yourself. Going there is like a spiritual experience. Well worth the time and even if your not a vegetarian you will love it. They should open a place out here in San Bernardino, CA we'd love them here too!! One of the best places I've ever ate.
