Review content:
I booked them a week in advance and they said they were available and would call to confirm the night before. They never called and I had to call myself. They changed my appointment time 3 times and finally told me they would show up at night to move my furniture. When I asked them for a discounted rate for the inconvenience they had caused, they offered a $4 discount per hour...WHAT A JOKE!!! What kind of business are they running. I usually don't write these reviews, but obviously this experience was so bad that I wanted to warn others.
