\r Last time we moved with different moving company and it was not pleasant. we had some items damaged and the charges completely different then what was told us. this time good friend recommended Elite, we called them and we made sure to get all info. donna answer all our question including all charges. the day of the move it was so pleasant to not have to negotiate for extra charges and just get it done, the guys war so nice and did great service. Thank You more

We had Elite move us for the 2nd time and there ware very good just like the 1st move.\r we had Fransisco and 3 more great guys,they ware nice fast and very carefull.\r if we in need of moving again Elite will be the one we call.\r Thank You Elite more

Worst service/experience ever 2/29/2008

I booked them a week in advance and they said they were available and would call to confirm the night before. They never called and I had to call myself. They changed my appointment time 3 times and finally told me they would show up at night to move my furniture. When I asked them for a discounted rate for the inconvenience they had caused, they offered a $4 discount per hour...WHAT A JOKE!!! What kind of business are they running. I usually don't write these reviews, but obviously this experience was so bad that I wanted to warn others. Cons: Unreliable/Changed time various times more
