BAD BAD BAD! We used the ""old"" SC Airporter often and loved it. When Mr. Brice's ""Surf City""service was just starting, the first time we used them was fine. However, we have had only bad experiences each and EVERY time since. We would get the actual Surf City Shuttle vehicle FROM Santa Cruz BUT all 4X from SJC Airport we were shuffled-off (NOT SHUTTLED) on a gypsy cab to Santa Cruz. Their procedure is to call a cell phone # from SJCupon arrival after you pick up your luggage. They then give you instructions for your ride home. Each time we ended up being told they had no shuttle available (even though we had a reservation) and we were directed to the cab area only to end up in an old old old taxi cab, the driver had his radio on full blast on a foreign music station and was on a personal phone call the whole time. I did not feel safe and didn't appreciate the lack of professionalism and inconvenience. Once, is remotely excuseable, but it's not what we paid for.
Pros: YOU MAY GET A RIDE
Cons: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE!!
