Dr. Reed and his staff really care!
Dr. Reed recently opened Reed Animal Hospital at this site. Previously running his long time business at Lawrence Pet Hospital and Bascom Animal Hospital, he has taken wonderful care of both of my precious Rottweilers and has been our vet since 1996. His gentle and friendly bedside manner lends to a calmness in the animals he treats; the animals trust him. He takes his time with his patients, listens to your concerns, and remembers. If you listen you will learn tons as he gives great detail of the issue, options and solutions.
Rosie at the front desk and the rest of his staff will always greet you with a smile. They remember their patients which makes the visit to the vet a pleasant experience.
In the case of an emergency, don't mistake their calmness for not caring; on the contrary, I've seen them working in the back. Trust them, THEY KNOW what they are doing.
Unlike most veterinarian offices, Dr. Reed bases his business with his patients and their loved ones in mind. He goes above and beyond to meet their specific needs.
