Review content:
Drummonds Field borders Carlton Farms on 1 side. The spacious 90+ acre farm property extends from Greensprings Rd to the James River. The other side is bounded by the 4H Camp and vacant county owned property. The Colonial Bike Trail passes by along the Greensprings Road side, Jamestown Island is a stones throw and the Jamestown Ferry crosses the James nearby. The 58 stall barn has an attached indoor arena and 2 excellent outdoor sand riding rings. Plenty of room to ride, school, and park your truck and trailer for shows. The staff is experienced and caring with an onsite large animal vet clinic. Do your own thing is an apt description as boarders are free to use the facilities at their leisure. Riding lessons are offered in the English riding discipline, but other disciplines are welcome..
