we got there maybe a minute or two early. Had to fill out form, first visit for kid. Got right in. Doc was quick, not Elizabeth this time - another guy. He did everything on some ipad app, took the time to carefully review info and sent on the prescription to our pharmacy. The staff gave me a note for the kid's school and coupon for the drugs he needed.
I have seen Elizabeth before myself. Yes it takes some time to get an appointment - but she was fast. Removed a mole from my back before I knew it. Great job, efficient and kind. Yes, they don't sit around an chat much, they are busy people, I think Elizabeth teaches most of the time so you are lucky if you do get to see her at all.
