we got there maybe a minute or two early. Had to fill out form, first visit for kid. Got right in. Doc was quick, not Elizabeth this time - another guy. He did everything on some ipad app, took the time to carefully review info and sent on the prescription to our pharmacy. The staff gave me a note for the kid's school and coupon for the drugs he needed. I have seen Elizabeth before myself. Yes it takes some time to get an appointment - but she was fast. Removed a mole from my back before I knew it. Great job, efficient and kind. Yes, they don't sit around an chat much, they are busy people, I think Elizabeth teaches most of the time so you are lucky if you do get to see her at all. more

""No skin checks for you!"" Seriously, it takes forever to get an appointment, the office staff is less than courteous, and if you are even 5 minutes late, you will not be seen. The most recent and last straw for me was I was concerned about a spot on my shoulder. I still couldn't get an appointment for three weeks. Unfortunately, I hit more traffic than expected and was exactly 10 minutes late. Dr. Fitzgerald refused to see me because she only allows 15 minutes per patient. Even when I requested to skip the body check and just look at the spot on my shoulder, I was told NO. I can't go back there; I was so disappointed by the lack of care/concern from these medical ""professionals."" more

I called to make an appointment...the earliest appointment I could get was almost 3 months away, and on a Wednesday morning. The office is about 20minutes from my house. I took the appointment, and had to take a day off work. Today, I got up, got ready and headed to my appointment. On my way there I ran into some congestion due to construction, I was now like 3 minutes late. I called the office to let them know that I was stuck and I would be there in about 5 minutes. The receptionist told me she had to speak to the doctor. When she returned to the phone she told me that the doctor wouldnt see me and I would need to reschedule...mind you, by now I am pulling into their parking lot. The insisted I reschedule, I now lost a day at work, got up early and drove all the way there for NOTHING!! I had already completed all the paperwork, so I should have been able to go right in. And we all know when you go to any form of dr. you always end up waiting anyway...now, I understand that Doctors keep a schedule, but I have never seen an office who didnt give a little wiggle room. I am completely disgusted and needless to say I will NOT be rescheduling...I will find a new Dr. more
