We had a bill for 7 dollars, they shut down our service and dumped the garbage out of the can in-front of our house and repo'd our can's
this was after 2 months of not picking up the trash so you can only imagine how that smelt.
I called them 15 times, left multiple messages over the two months we had not been getting service with no reply.
I waited on hold today for 25 mins to finally get ahold of someone who was semi helpful yet said we owed 57 even tho im looking at a bill dated from last week that reads 7 dollars.
I wish we still had waste management northwest, I will be submitting photo's of this to the BBB this afternoon.
