Review content:
We were devastated when our car didn't pass the DEQ test. After careful search, we picked Briggs Auto to look at our car. The mechanics are ""DEQ certified"" and we found the sales staff to be professional and helpful. We are two ""old ladies,"" sisters who are not very car savvy. But after looking online for information about our problem, we were pleased that Briggs employee Scott confirmed what we knew. No doubletalk and, in fact, all the staff at Briggs Auto went the extra mile for us. (My sister just said, ""They went an extra TEN miles for us."") We are happy to have found an honest shop with knowledgeable and caring experts. We hope we never again have car trouble but if (when) we do, they are our mechanics of choice.
