Review content:
We bought an older house and remodled it. Our Realtor referred us to Mr. Maid as they do construction cleaning, air duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, windows and even inspection and repairs for the tiny area under the house where the air flex pipes are (crawl space). They came out gave me a bid for all of it, some of thier charges are seperate which I totaly understood (like air duct cleaning is charged by the square foot like $139. per thousand square feet) Any way, the best part was they could do all of this in one day. They cleaned the construction dust, cleaned the air ducts (real good idea for alergy people) even decontaminated them with a fogging that kills the bacteria (anti microbial). They washed all the windows in and out and 2 rooms of carpet with a van mounted carpet cleaner. They had 3 people there all day. The job was done, the cleaning was the best that I had experienced. They now come on a regular basis with the same two people every 2 weeks.
