Apparently, our job is the dropped ball. We moved last week and I scheduled Mr Maid to come in to our totally empty house and clean the house for tenancy. They had one shot to do it as I turned over keys the next day and got on a plane the day after that - and Jeff knew that when we scheduled. After 3 hours and $300 for just the housekeeping portion, the floors were dirty as were many other surfaces. He did send a crew back to do the floors that afternoon, but has not done anything further to settle the fact that I had to clean after them. I sent him photos a week ago and a follow-up e-mail last night and I've not heard from anyone regarding resolution/restitution. My next stop is American Express to dispute the whole charge.
