Very nice and very honest people here. Took a diamond to get re-appraised after splitting with my fiance. Artie, who handles appraisals there, explained to me the best way to sell the diamond. He told me that the diamond increased almost 20% in value, told me the best way to maximize profit and even told me that he would not feel comfortable making an offer because ""no jeweler would come close to offering in person what you can get online"". I was happy to pay the appraisal charge and he would not even accept it. The location may not be the most ideal, but my experience there was a pleasure.
