Review content:
I am completely baffled as to how this business stays in business with all the monkey business going on there. When I walked in the two young men who were at the Geek Squad counter were throwing around a nerf football in the store. I commented that playing football in the store probably wasn't the smartest idea to them when one of them muttered that at least he could fix his own computer. I said is that so. He didn't realize I had heard him and he quickly left to the back of the store. I asked the remaining one if that was how all of them behaved. He answered No with a disgusted look on his face. Right then and there I decided not to give these monkeys my business. When I returned home I looked up alternatives to geek squad on Google and found secureremotesupport[dot]com mentioned alot. So I contact them and ended using their service. Hopefully when the Geek Squads employees get some more peach fuzz they will understand the meaning of customer service.
