Review content:
I used TV Max because I was required to at my apartment complex, and it has been a horrible experience. It's been said in previous reviews, but I would even go to the extent that I would not move into a new complex if that's the only cable provider they offered. My internet went down at least once a month for several days at a time. I made several wasted trips home during the day for them to look at my equipment, only to learn that it was their service down. They don't offer DVR, the audio quality is horrible on most channels, the service men I met were completely unprofessional, and I've had billing problems as well. Anything would be better than TV Max... Cons: Price, no DVR, frequent service outages
