I don't even know where to begin! Ok...
First of all, they're bills are confusing and NEVER MATCH the online bill. Every month, we have to call them to set the due amount straight.
Second, the cable service itself doesn't even work. For example, a terrible/missing signal on every single channel. Sometimes we even lose the sound or picture completely. (Yes we have checked the modem and wire connections plenty of times.)
This place is WAY over priced for what is provided, and to top it off, none of their channel selections seem to be worth a snot.
I have had enough of their fraud. If we are overcharged one more time - even if it's $5 - we are canceling. We would rather pay the fee to break the contract than give them any more of our hard earned money. Definitely going to UVerse after this mess.
