Review content:
I am assuming that TVMax signed the deal with all the apartment complexes before satelite and dvr really took off. They do not offer any of the premium services, but the price is still just as much as the other companies. Not to mention they had a tendency to forget to send a bill. I had to call them and ask for it, or wait until they send a disconnect notice. I turned several apartment complexes because the cable provider was TVMax, and didn't have a unit where I could get a dish. A couple of my friends did the same thing. Finally, you will notice that nobody that lives in a house has TVMax. That is because nobody actually wants it. The only people that have it are forced to have it.
Cons: poor service, limited selection, high price
