Review content:
This is the second time to use there service. Seems they have paid off the apartment complexes in the houston area to keep there sorry service alive. Poor customer service is just the start. You have internet problems you talk to one person and get a story. Go to the tier 2 technicians (in another state) and you get a second story. Talk to the local tvmaxx office and you get a 3rd story. And all with ideas on why you don't have the internet working.
