Review content:
our car broke down and had to be towed 12 miles. $163.81. We were told what the problem was, and he would install the part for another $318.00, but we would supply the part. We found out the part was backordered, so decided to have our car towed to our home, about 90 miles away. He wouldn't give us the address of his place to have a tow truck come, and said HE was AAA. We tried to resolve it with a credit card payment and he wouldn't take that over the phone, so I had to take the trip to have him swipe my credit card and then arrange for outside towing, since he was going to charge $450 to tow it. The man couldn't have been more unfriendly and acted like he was holding our car for ransom. We were completely unfamiliar with the area, as I'm sure most out of towners are. The fact that he is a AAA representative, of which we are members, made it all the more disturbing. I'm quite certain most of the business he gets is from people that are in a bad situation like we were and knows he has you ""over a barrel"". Cons: out of towners get taken advantage of
