I have purchased a home from Precision and they went out of their way to help me. Ordinarily I would not have qualifed for the purchase. They took into account that I had been thru a pretty rough time and that I was desperately trying to make a new start. I know of other people that they have done that for. Unfortunately they are biting the hand ........ Anytime that you purchase something that is used there are going to be issues for repair. Precision took care of my repair issues in a timely manner and went so far as to repair things they did not have to. I have read the other reviews on this site. It seems to me that they are complaining about issues they should have paid attention to upon purchase, if in fact their claims are true!
