I have purchased a home from Precision and they went out of their way to help me. Ordinarily I would not have qualifed for the purchase. They took into account that I had been thru a pretty rough time and that I was desperately trying to make a new start. I know of other people that they have done that for. Unfortunately they are biting the hand ........ Anytime that you purchase something that is used there are going to be issues for repair. Precision took care of my repair issues in a timely manner and went so far as to repair things they did not have to. I have read the other reviews on this site. It seems to me that they are complaining about issues they should have paid attention to upon purchase, if in fact their claims are true! Pros: thorough and quick Cons: not many more

You go to look at these premanufactured homes and think think wow these are nice. They even put in new carpeting! They were even nice enough to replace the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. What they don't tell you is that most of these homes have mold in them and it has been covered up! They also do not tell you that there is a NADA Report on the home to help people know if their home is set for the right price. They also do not tell you that they add extra things on that NADA to make the home seem more. Here is an example; you pay lot rent to Conestoga, but in the NADA they make it seem like it is on actual land that you will own once paid off!! NOT TRUE!!! Once the home is paid off you will still owe lot rent on that land. Also, they have an agreement with the bank that you are not allowed to move the home out of the park without written premission from the bank and other people's paper work says until the home is paid off. So, they are not consistant on their paperwork either. The bank and Precision Homes each tell you something different. It is just one big mess. Everyone I have talked to thought it was a great place when they FIRST moved in and then it all went down hill. There are many things wrong with these homes and Precision pretends like they never knew they existed, when they are the ones that covered it up! So, future buys beware!!!! Get the place looked at before you buy and pull the edges of the carpeting up to make sure there is NOT mold. They are famous for carpeting right over it! Pros: VERY QUICK SERVICE!!!! Cons: EVERYTHING is wrong!They cover up mold, they lie on the NADA more
