Review content:
I had a small leak in the backyard and called the company as it was only approx 3 miles away from my home. They said I would have to pay for travel which I thought surely would be a nominal fee. The rep arrived a few hours later. He did not even see the leak because I did not let him in the front door. I asked how much he charged for travel. He charged full plumbers fee for that. I declined service. Later got a call with demand to pay for service call or lein would be placed. I think the bill was approx 125 dollars. What a scam. The fact is that no supplies or contractual service was done. A lien, which is just a claim, can be easily contested once you are notified by filling out a form. They would have to take you to court to formally enact anything. YOU CAN NOT CLAIM A LIEN for traveling to a home. I feel sorry for our elders and other vulnerable adults who likely fall prey to this trash. If anyone has the energy, I would get their state license and file a complaint with the Florida Board of liscences. Pros: dumb staff Cons: likely could con the elderly
