When you call them you dont even get to speak with a plumber! If I am going to pay somebody $85 an hour I would at least like to speak with the person about to do the job or at least someone that can understand what is going on. As another dissatisfied costumer said, they have an F rating in the BBB and don't seem to care about potential customers - or customers for that matter. I ended up going with David E Albaugh Plumbing because not only was he cheaper than Chris's, but when I called I actually got to speak with David and he did a great job and charged me exactly what he said he would over the phone. Hes also got an A rating in the BBB.
