Review content:
A few months ago, we noticed a black and yellow pest hanging around the light right outside our front door. We have people in our family who are highly allergic to bee and wasp stings, so we took no chances. I emailed to get information and received a response very late in the evening (10 PMish) with an offer to help via a quick phone call. A call the next morning had an employee out to our house by the end of the day. We initially thought we had yellowjackets, but it turned out they were just wasps. The worker went all around our house and knocked down several abandoned nests all around. Then it came time to tackle the big problem. There were a couple of nests up in the light fixture, and the worker cleared those nests (24 wasps in all) and put a pesticide up that is supposed to work for six months.
Unfortunately, I failed to let the person that emailed me that we had in fact had our problem taken care of. Not even two full days from my initial inquiry, I received a follow up email checking to see if we had gotten in touch with them and gotten the problem resolved. Not only were we pleased with the resolution of the problem, but I was VERY impressed by the follow up and genuine concern shown by the person emailing. Though I hope we never need their help again (for obvious reasons), if we ever do, Little Giant will be the company we choose. Thank you!
