This place wins all the awards because they send out emails to all their clients promising discounts and specials if they win ""best of"", etc., so of course they get all the votes. Unfortunately, it was due to a ""best of"" list that I went there in the first place. I wouldn't take the time to tell about this stuff, but I've had enough now. I had my my upper lip waxed today to give me the utmost confidence on Valentine's Day but instead will be even more selfconcious due to the scab on my upper lip. She ripped off my skin! No, I'm not on any medications and I haven't been in the sun for months. I've been getting my lip waxed for over 10 years at various places and never had this happen. Ever.
Pros: place is clean, staff is always nice
Cons: sloppy work that you must inspect to get it done right, ripped off my facial skin
