I had only had one waxing experience before a friend recommended Jodi. My first experience was not exactly the best, but I was willing to give waxing another shot. Being a first time customer, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to get an appointment with her because I heard she was always booked, but her assistant, Michelle, was great and got me an appointment pretty quickly. The biggest surprise was how painless it was! I have no idea what Jodi does, but I hope she keeps it up! Jodi was so friendly and accomodating! Unlike most chain stores, the room she uses has nice music playing and is very relaxing. I was done in less than 15 minutes, too! Like some of the other reviews I've read, I will say that Jodi has yet another regular customer in me! I've already recommended her to a co-worker, as well.
Pros: Minimal pain, fast service, friendly service
