I've been going to Jodi for two years now and it's been rewarding to not only get the best wax in the business, but also see her grow her business using that great British business sense, wit and smile. Even when I have to go as a walk in after having to give up a scheduled appointment, the wait has been no longer than 20 minutes and Jodi has apologized -why?!?! I'll wait much longer for her great results. And she manages to make the most awkward of services fly by with laughs and great conversation. And the evening appointments --Jodi and her staff are great to stay there with those often convenient evening appointments.
