Review content:
Worse customer service I have ever seen. I own my own propane tank and they wanted a receipt from whom I purchased it, so I supplied them with that. They called again and said that wasn't good enough and wanted an invoice with the tank size and serial number etc... I said I didn't have that but I will have the person who sold it to me call them, which he did. He told them he owned it and sold it to me but they wanted him to contact the people he bought the house from years ago to get an invoice from those people. He also said they were very rude on the phone as they spoke. Talk about jumping through hoops. After I said that they sure make things hard, she responds that it's their company and they can request anything they want, even if it's beyond business practice. One receipt should have been enough. I guess the lession learned here is, if you don't buy a propane tank from them or aren't the original owner and can prove it, they don't want your business.
