Better Water Heaters was very accommodating. I called last minute because of a leak and they sent someone over to help out right away. The leak had flooded the lower water heater and the bathroom on the other side of the wall.
We had a challenge because the contractors Better Water Heaters sent couldn't do the work while I was rebuilding and waiting for things to dry, but they understood the importance of getting my hot water heater back up as soon as possible and were willing to do a temporary hookup. They came back later and finished the job.
The people at Better Water Heaters were very attentive. They make sure to call right back and I have never had to leave a voice mail. Usually the owner himself picks up. When I needed to have someone help me, they always have someone out within a few hours.
