Unlike the other reviews, I have to give this guy an "F". He no-showed and didn't return calls or text messages to explain. I had a plumbing issue which forced me to shut my water main off. Called Ted, got him on the first try. Nice guy on the phone. He was nearby and told me he had about an hour left on the job he was working on. He promised I would be next, no more than an hour and 15 minutes. As he requested, I texted him my address. Two hours later, I texted and called him--no reply. Which is funny since his voicemail says "most calls are returned in 10 to 15 minutes".
I cannot rate the quality of his work but I can rate his reliability which is very poor.
Call somebody else.
